Upcoming Drilling or Workover Campaign
- Identify required equipment before mobilisation begins
- Source from other operators instead of buying new
- Reduce lead-time, CAPEX and campaign readiness risk
Operator Asset Exchange helps drilling, completions and supply-chain teams solve urgent equipment challenges, redeploy surplus inventory and make faster sourcing decisions using equipment that already exists.

OAE supports practical equipment sourcing and inventory decisions without changing existing procurement, commercial or logistics processes.
Typical situations where access to another operator’s available equipment could materially change the operational response.
The planned drill bit is no longer suitable for the next hole section. The operator searches OAE for the required size and specification, identifies a suitable bit held by another operator and makes direct contact to arrange a transfer before drilling resumes.
Additional 95/8" casing is required after the planned quantity is found to be insufficient. The operator searches OAE for matching casing available in the region and contacts the owning operator directly to determine whether it can be mobilised before rig operations are delayed.
An ESP fails and a replacement is required to restore production. The operator searches OAE for potentially compatible ESP equipment already held by another operator, reviews the technical specification and assesses whether it can be deployed faster than ordering new equipment.
A completion campaign finishes with unused equipment remaining in storage. The operator lists the surplus equipment on OAE, allowing another operator to find it, review the specification and potentially reuse it on a future well instead of purchasing new equipment.
